I do have a washer and dryer available, I also have an additional spare room you're welcome to utilize if needed. Come on down and stay a night folks if you love an outdoorsy feel you'll like this place just as I do! There is no private entrance and it's a shared bathroom which hasn't been an issue for over 100 guests but if you're over the top on privacy my place isn't for you.
Simple house set up in a neighborhood along the Whitewater River. I am an excellent tour guide for outdoor activities. 20 minutes to Oxford (Miami Ohio University) and 35 to Cincinnati. My guests are always amazed at how quiet it is for good deep sleeps. I've quickly become a low key fishing guide from guests finding success through my tips.
